North is a congregation that recognizes that it has been blessed by God to be a blessing to the world. Our mission statement: “Inviting All People Into a Living Relationship with the Living Lord” affirms that the relationship we enjoy is not for us alone but for all people.
We, therefore, welcome anyone who is interested in learning about Jesus Christ and is willing to be in a relationship with Him and His people.
North is an active church engaged in missions with our community. We work with several ministries in Morganton to help those on the margins of our society: Burke Christian Ministries, The House of Refuge, Options, & Habitat for Humanity, to name a few.
North is also active in our program ministries with all age levels. Check out our Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Adult Ministries.
Worship at North is Vital and Central to all that we do. Our worship services are authentic, heartfelt, biblically based and dynamic. Music ranges from traditional hymns to contemporary anthems.
North is a welcoming church. In the past year North has welcomed many new families into the congregation, started new Sunday School Classes and has regular fellowship opportunities to make sure that if you are looking for a supportive church home you will feel at home at North!
